Radiation Risk Communication

3-day course, US$ 1,095

This workshop is intended to provide RSOs, RPMs, HPs, CHPs, administrative, and public relations people with effective communication tools for dealing with workers and the public on radiation safety issues. This workshop is based on over 15 years of studies with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) which show why the conventional approaches to communication do not work and what is needed for successful communications.

Click here to find out why risk communications training is important!

Each participant will get personalized MBTI results and individual guidance on the best applications of those results to meet his/her specific needs. Students will be asked to bring their most difficult communication scenarios and will receive at least three workable options for each.

This course is based upon several hundred communication workshops conducted by Ray Johnson since 1983. Each student will receive an extensive workshop manual of communication tools and free refresher training (you may attend this workshop again free). The workshop will include a review of numerous practical communication tools and exercises for acquiring skills by practicing the use of those tools.
